Grade 2 Fun @Windsor

Celebrating the end of the year is always a treat at Windsor. The Grade Two classes headed off to Windsor as early as we could this morning to maximize our short school day with the opportunity to play, play, PLAY! Being let loose to enjoy all the equipment is the ultimate FUN when you are in Grade 2. Driving around the race tracks and refueling our bikes and ensuring the tyres are pumped up and ready to race is VERY important. AND did the boys and girls whizz around the track? OF COURSE!! Chill time with our besties before we head off to the next Grade. It really was simply fun, fun, FUN! An anti-bullying video, featuring our staff, was also made for the pupils and this too can be viewed below.

Fyvie Concert and Cultural Awards

Without any introduction, the Senior Choir appeared up front in small groups, each adding to the volume of beautiful sound as they propounded in song the ways in which we can have “A Better World”. The stunning “Panis Angelicus” followed, with the entire choir joining Caitlyn Blouw and Jordan le Roux who sang the first verse on their own. The

Grade 6 Museum Scavenger Hunt

The Grade 6's spent 2 interesting days completing a scavenger hunt & exploring the reptile area & aquarium at Bayworld. Room 14 & 17 went on Tuesday, 1 November & Room 15 & 16 went on Wednesday, 2 November. The scavenger hunt required groups to really think about the clues they were reading to find their answers around the museum. This gave groups the opportunity to look at different areas in the museum & learn about interesting facts. The exploration of the reptile area & aquarium was very exciting as some pupils got kisses from the seals during the seal show & those brave enough got to touch & hold a snake!! Snapping crocodiles & slow-moving tortoise's made for some more great entertainmen
